In order to improve the safety and reliability of power production and prevent overspeed accidents caused by steam backflow in the heat network of the extraction unit, it is required in the "25 Key Requirements for Preventing Major Accidents in Power Production" of the State Power Corporation to install quick shut-off valves on adjustable extraction pipelines. In order to implement the "25 Key Requirements", our senior engineers participated in the research work of the first fast shut-off valve in China in 2002. This product meets national and industry standards such as GB3766-1983 "General Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Systems", GB7935-87 "General Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Components", DL-5031-94 "Technical Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Electric Power Construction", etc. It has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the State Power Company, won the State Grid Corporation of China Science and Technology Progress Award, and obtained national patents.
